
Ky-mani Marley who is getting close to finishing his third album that is untitled certainly is a superstar. On February 26, 1976 Ky-mani was born to the legendary Robert Nesta Marley and Jamaican table tennis champion, Anita Belnavis, in Falmouth, Jamaica. Ky-mani comes from an East African term meaning adventurous traveler, and as the man who lives according to his title, each album or travel can be described as an adventure. The Journey, his musical journey began in 1999. With an eclectic vision he found his voice and travelled the spectrum of music to discover his numerous skills. in 2001 Many More Roads (Grammy-nominated) was a "traditional" reggae album , was released exposing a more mature Ky-mani. Many More Roads, as and The Journey are well-received throughout the world, and helped establish Ky-mani in her role of independently-minded "artist". Ky-Mani brings together roots reggae hip-hop R&B modern jazz in order to make his own sound.
